Privacy
This site doesn't profile anyone. Below is what happens to the data you send me.
- Cookie
- No profiling, analytics or advertising cookies.
- Tracking
- No third-party scripts, no pixels, no embedded external services.
- Forms
- No contact form, no restricted area, no sign-up.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Michele Natali, VAT No. 04719270987. For any request, write to michele.na7ali@gmail.com: it is the same address, in plain text in the contact section and in the footer of every page.
What the site collects
The site has no contact forms, no restricted areas and no sign-up: it doesn't collect data through the page. It doesn't use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool, it has no tracking pixels and it shares nothing with advertising platforms.
Cookies
There are no profiling, analytics or advertising cookies, and the site sets none of its own. If the provider that serves or protects the pages used a technical one, it would stay confined to that function and wouldn't be used for profiling.
Hosting and logs
The site serves static files, with no database. The hosting provider may keep technical logs to serve the pages and to defend them against abuse: I don't use them for profiling and I don't cross-reference them with other data.
If you email me
The mailbox I read is on Google (Gmail): the messages I receive pass through Google's systems and may also be processed outside the European Union, under Google's privacy terms. I use them to reply to you and keep them for as long as that takes, then delete them. I don't sell your address or what you write to me, and I don't use them for marketing.
If you book a call, the "Book a call" button opens Calendly (calendly.com), an external service: the booking happens outside this site and the details you enter (name, email address, chosen time) are processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy. From that booking I receive your name, email address and time, and I use them only for the call.
Data from a piece of work
Documents you entrust to me for a piece of work don't pass through this site. I handle them under the agreement we sign, which says who does what, where the data sits and for how long.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it or object to its processing: one email to the address above is enough. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. I don't introduce new processing without saying so here.
